Cookie Policy

Cookies, kept to a minimum.

What Xecute Pass stores in your browser, and why.

  1. 01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Sites also keep small amounts of data in your browser’s local storage. Both let a site remember things between pages and visits.

  2. 02Cookies we need to run the site

Xecute Pass sets these itself. Without them you cannot sign in or buy tickets, so they cannot be switched off on the site.

    • Your sign-in session, so you stay signed in as you move between pages
    • Security tokens that protect sign-in and forms from cross-site request forgery
  3. 03What we keep in your browser

These stay on your device and are not used to track you:

    • The events you have saved as favourites
    • A note of a checkout in progress, so the payment page can find your order when you come back from Hubtel
    • When your credit balance was last refreshed
  4. 04Other services

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. A few pages rely on outside services, which have their own privacy and cookie policies:

    • Hubtel, our payment processor: you pay on Hubtel’s own checkout page
    • OpenStreetMap, which provides the venue maps on event pages
  5. 05Managing cookies

    • You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings
    • If you block the cookies we need, you will not be able to sign in or check out
    • Clearing your browser’s site data also clears the favourites saved on that device
